do i need boots with heels ? help please

i want to smarten up a bit. normally i wear flat boots and a padded jacket for winter but if i were to buy a slightly smarter coat or jacket do i then need boots with a heel?

I tyhink heels make lots of clothes look more current and stylish.Not everyday but if you don't have any get some!You will be transformed

Depends on the type of heel I think! Fashionablke flats would look better than old ladyish M&S style low-heels.

thanks. ive not had chance to buy myself anything for ages so im a bit out of touch i think!
also at 34 im slightly worried about dressing too young aswell!
