Me with the ugg questions again.... sizing?

Do they come up big/small or about right?

(Cardy ones, so not full fluff, just in the foot...)

my friend got the tall uggs and she got her normal size but they are a bit snug but i think when the fluff goes down they should be fine.

I was told by the girls in office to size down as like onlygirl says the fluff wears down and makes them more roomy. I'm normally a 41 but got a 40.

I have the cardy ones and got them same size i am , a little on the bigger side now they have been worn in but still fine.
