HELP!! - Flat ankle boots for winter

Help!

I am looking for flat ankle boots for winter.

Requirements;

• brown
• must be waterproof
• must be flat
• to be worn with jeans, black pants, scruffy trousers
• most importantly must be easy to get on and off while trying to get screaming toddler and newborn in/out of house. So no laces or complications.

I normally wear canvas converse, but laces are a pain and get soaked in the rain.

I am looking at these Campers
