Jesus! I wouldn't have thought such a lighthearted thread would cause such disdain! Tulpe I'm with you - why save stuff for best and who cares if anyone is wearing primark or prada. It's meant to be fun, I love reading stuff like this.

I'm at work and wearing a boden wrap dress from yonks ago, brown vest top underneath and my russell and bromley knee high brown boots.

I do however wish I'd worn even more layers cos I'm bloody freezing! just put heating on.

Eve4Walle · 14/09/2009 10:54

FCUK dark denim jeans
White ribbed vest top, also from FC
Kind of taupey-brown short sleeve cardi with belt from Toast last year
Leopard-print ballet pumps from Asda!
Long Button necklace from DP

lucykate · 14/09/2009 11:03

jeans, cream t shirt and a plum coloured hoodie from fat face.

meltedmarsbars · 14/09/2009 11:04

a black vest top with ruffles down the front from DP
Next sexy slim blue jeans
black fake uggs, but not tucked in as the jeans are too wide

CHOOGIRL · 14/09/2009 11:14

Off to Gym now so wearing Sweaty Betty t-shirt, gym trousers and trainers. Once I've had my sauna will be dressed in Seven For All Mankind Jeans, Whistles T-shirt and White Co Cardicoat.

Loving the MJ dress Tulpe - is it the one from the Outnet?

Haylstones · 14/09/2009 11:16

Bootcut blue jeans (sainsbos)
White Next t shirt
Long grey cardi (Asda)

brimfull · 14/09/2009 11:18

black taffeta evening gown and 3" stilletoes

oh and a tiara

leothelioness · 14/09/2009 11:31

I agree a light hearted thread if you don't like it then don't read it. there is no need to be bitchy towards the OP just because you think she is dressed up. I totally agree that saving the bast stuff for special occasions is pointless as it just stays in the wardrobe
a) until it doesn't fit
b) until its hopelessly out of fashion
c) both

leothelioness · 14/09/2009 11:33

lol ggirl, I think you stilletoes need to be higher!

TheBalladofGayTony · 14/09/2009 11:34

i think some of you need to accessorise... with a sense of humour.

BerylCole · 14/09/2009 11:36

Tall Black Uggs (so shoot me!) with thick black tights and a patterned, blue-and-purple mini dress from LTS over the top.

leothelioness · 14/09/2009 11:41

Ballad its not about a sense of humour its more like bullying in the playground and then pretending it was a joke

TheBalladofGayTony · 14/09/2009 11:41

bullying my arse.

Black boyfriend cardigan
Very cold feet

monkeysmama · 14/09/2009 12:45

Black opaques, over the knee flat black boots, grey mini dress with puffy sleeves from New Look for £10 that looks a lot more expensive. Grey cable knit cardi from White Co last year accessorised with a butterfly sticker and smearing of mashed potato & salmon.

Beige patent heels (nicer than they sound)

lou33 · 14/09/2009 14:42

i would start a thread like this regardless of brand , it's a brief distraction from avoiding my washing up
