Orla Kiely sizing - large or small fit

Have found a lovely Orla Kiely top in a size 4, which I think is a 14. Are their clothes true to size or a neat fit?

Mostly true to size and the 14 should fit you fine. The fit on knitwear is a bit more generous I've found.
