I bought some patent lace up brogues from KG a few years ago- they have purple laces, I've still not too brave to wear them yet not sure what they'd go with TBH.

I went into Kurt Geiger yesterday and was appalled at the stumpy wide crappy shoes that they had on display!

Though did go back to Clarks and loving the amount of patent in there. Takes me back to my childhood.

really, really wrong. Have not yet recovered from shock of ugliness, still less from fact that handful of people exist on this thread who would willingly part with cash for them!!

The have flat ones similar to Noah's in Lands End. Which basically says it all.

I only know because they sent a sale catalogue to me. (I bought a mac from there once but it was nice)
