Alternatives to Mini-Boden and Gap for kids?

I get lots of my 3 DC clothes from Boden, Gap, sometimes Monsoon and occasionally Joules. I like their clothes because generally they wash well, good quality (get passed down to youngest DS) and I like the overall style. BUT are there any other alternatives as sometimes they can all seem a bit samey?

I like Polarn O. Pyret (mainly because I have a weakness for stripes), but it is pricey.

sainsbo's Tesco's amd Asda.

John Lewis have nice childrens clothes, and they are fairly inexpensive too- eg 3 long-sleeved tops for £12
Good colours too (ie not just pink or blue)

I buy mainly from Pumpkin Patch and H&M.

Petit Bateau is my absolute fave. Not cheap but classic and beautiful quality. They tend to be the only ones I save as hand-me-downs.

Sainsbury's often have nice stuff in for boys - the girls section in ours is pretty dire though.

Have just bought quite a bit in Debenhams & Pumpkin Patch. M&S seemed to have some nice stuff in too.

Also buy from Asda / Tesco / TK Maxx...

Second zara - lovely lovely stuff, and very fashionable (but not in a slutty way)

Vertbaudet - especially for girls - the clothes are very pretty and wear really well. They usually have a good discount on but you need to know their sizes are small, so if your daughter is 3 then buy age 4.

Sorry, meant to add very unusual. I did enjoy dressing DD in Vertbaudet as nobody else seemed to shop there but me, and it was lovely people asking where I got her clothes from.

Jojo maman bebe - they last ages (all originals have gone way beyond ds2) and, although the sizes can be a bit variable/on the big side, everything's pretty good, really. And l love their sleeping bags.

Boots - Mini Mode and Molly and Jack.

TK Maxx is fabulous - only wish I had found it sooner. Generally only have one of each thing, and some lovely stuff if you are prepared to hunt through the jumble sales that are their shops....

Charity shops and ebay and Kids should be Kids website too.

Hi OMDB - dunno! I do get a kick out of dressing mine like miniature clowns/mime artists Maybe it's because once they hit about 7, they will never wear anything like that ever again?

Zara. Lovely stuff for boys especially and cheaper than Gap.

Vertbaudet do have nice clothes but their customer service is diabolical! I had real problems with them and will not be ordering from them ever again! I like Little Sunflowers, they have fabulous customer service too (woman obsessed). Debenhams have some good designer stuff too. Oh The White Company have nice bits too.

I second John Lewis and Boots, both much more affordably to my taste than Boden et al. I've also found that if I shop selectively then the dirt cheap places can deliver... still mourning the loss of woolies for this.

I've found that if I buy plain, brightly coloured things things that aren't blue or beige (I've got 2 DSs) and don't have too much superflous detail/cheeky slogans/cartoon characters etc. then they can look much more expensive than they are.

Oh yes, Molly and Jack stuff at Boots is lovely and a bit different too.
