Help me find this jacket

I am 5'3 and have been wearing the same Bench maxi-coat for over 12 years now. (Am 39 so too old for Bench I feel) I have some lovely coats but that is the only one full length, fitted and with a hood so good for rain.

Anyway, saw an AMAZING jacket on a bus worn by very elegant late-40's/early 50's woman. Obv took care of herself, blonde styled hair, nice jeans and heels but completely age-appropriate.

Anyway, the jacket was black, fitted, had three little buckles either side of the waist and was slightly lower at the bag.
It may have zipped up or buttoned, I don't know.

And it was suitable for wearing in the rain.

It was FAB. It was all I could do not to yell "Oi luv, where'd you get that jacket"

Actually I wish I had now!
What was it? Where can I get one?

It was the 26 bus fishie.
Really any well cut fitted rain jacket would do.
It was probably v. expensive anyway. [defeatist]
