Would this leather jacket date quickly?

leather jacket I know that double breasted jackets suit my shape, have a couple of casual cord ones in a similar style to this. The only thing I'm not sure about is the seam business round the waist.

Is it classic enough to be worth the money? Not having a leather jacket yet I gather they're the kind of thing you buy one and it lasts your whole life so it's got to be a good one!

I was just admiring this on the website. I think it is absolutely gorgeous and would not date.

Can't believe the price though. I've just had one hand made to measure at a tailors in Bali for £80!!!! Very much like this one and I'm happy that no, it won't date. It's lovely.

THJ bargain! Not sure the air fare out to Bali would come in at the same cost though...!
