So shorts are in, are they ?

This is good news for me, I'm off on holiday in July and am stocking up my holiday wardrobe. I want shorts, not hotpants but can be quite short (mid-thigh), tailored sort (without looking frumpy), not majorly bothered about colour, preferably plain.

I've looked on Debenhams site and Topshop. Debenhams are all oldladyonacruiseship ones and topshop are £25. I don't know about you, but I resent paying that much for one pair of blasted holiday shorts.... HELP !!!!

miss selfridge has some nice ones around £20. Some longer ones, kneeish length and some shorter ones too. will do a link in a minute if I can find them.

aarghhhhh, computer sooooooo slow. anyway, they had some thigh length linen walking shorts which were nice, and some shorter chocolate linen ones too. Think the long ones were £20 and the short ones £22, or the other way around.

nice colours on those hawshead ones, MI, but the length is a bit too long. Knee length anything gives me funny knees, IYSWIM. Will look at Miss Selfridge, too.
