says it all really, i just found myself drawn into Russell and Bromley and this pair of boots made me take them home! They are flat black thigh length and very very soft..

I have hidden them in the wardrobe to stop myself drooling over them

I'm not sad exactly, but best i keep them to myself till i admit i really bought them , they were a bit pricey i afraid and bloody sun's out now so would look ridiculous out in em today.

would also add that i had a lapse in noa noa and comptoirs les cottoniers (Sp?) today also, so denial rules!
