Lands' End - anyone else been disappointed?

I did an order at the weekend and it arrived today. I am so disappointed as I'm going to be sending everything back. I ordered a Stamford Jacket, a fleece cardigan-style jacket and some polo neck jumpers and it all looks dreadful.

I ordered Petite sizing and the sleeves are too long and the polos are too short and far too baggy. I'm 5 foot tall and a size 8 / 10 so it shouldn't be difficult to get sizing right should it?

And I've got to pay to send it back. [grrr]

Lands End stuff reminds me of the clothes advertised in Sunday magazines.

I hadn't ordered for ages, but thought I'd give them a try as their polos used to be quite good. Don't think I'll be ordering from them again though.

I've always found them ok for plus sized stuff.
