My skin just never looks healthy - its greyish and not an even texture - can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?!
I eat well, lots of fruit and veg and whole grains and oily fish. I drink two litres of water a day. I walk for about 30 miutes a day - maybe not a HUGE amount of exercise but its something. I sleep about 7 hours uninterrupted a night. I drink about three cups of instant coffee a day. I drink about a bottle of wine a week and have at least three alcohol free days a week.
What am I doing wrong??! Is there anything that I'm missing? Would cutting down on the coffee help?
