What should I buy and where from? QVC?

I buy direct from the Liz Earle website - don't think QVC is cheaper, and they usually make you buy in bulk, so you won't want to do that until you've tried things out.

Start with Cleanse & Polish and a moisturiser.

At present I use Cleanse and Polish - which is good; moisturiser - good but doesn't have SPF and shower gel (because I like the smell).
I believe you can get an imitation Cleanse and Polish from Tesco for less than half the Liz Earle price.
I buy mine generally from the Liz Earle website - often buy the seasonal offer - where you will always get a travel size version of one of their products as a gift. I also buy from John Lewis (our local branch sells practically the whole range).

I buy direct from the Liz Earle website, get free gifts that way.

I use cleanse and polish, toner and moisturiser.

Just on the LE site now - the summer special looks good you get a free body scrub!

Hmmm. Wasnt particularly impressed with the Cleanse and Polish thing. Wasnt as good as the (extortionate but lush) Eve Lom stuff (had been promised it was) and to be honest, the oil cleansing method everyone raves about on MN has been much better for my skin.

I get mine from QVC when Liz Earle do a TSV (check the Liz Earle website for the next one), you tend to get tons of products with a big discount. They don't make you buy in bulk in my experience.

I do like buying direct from the Liz Earle website as they always give (or at least used to) give you a little sample of something else and it all comes wrapped up nicely.

I like Cleanse and Polish and the Daily Eye Repair. I'm not overly keen on the moisturisers.

Lovely products, excellent service, reasonably priced. I buy a lot from the website and always get generous extras.

I live by the Isle of Wight HQ, I go in for a free hand massage quite a lot. Their customer service really is good.

Am thinking about trying the cleanse and polish stuff too. But is it actually the cleanser that makes skin "nice" or is it just the way you use the cloth and a cleanser together, iyswim? I have got a couple of "Sanctuary" muslin cloths and am using them with my normal cleanser (Avon one). It does feel nice, but I don't know if it's having any effect on my skin tho! Are the LE cloths really soft, or just like the muslin nappies you get for babies?

kando · 24/08/2009 13:21

ooh TPPP I might just pop in for a free hand massage then ...

I really like the Liz Earle stuff and have had lots of compliments on my skin I like the cleanse and polish, superskin moisturiser - my skin is v dry. Toner is fine but often forget to use it. Nice treatment things too - I like the brightening treatment. Never bother with eye stuff and have ended up with lots of line serum/eyebright lotion that came in sets!

The bodywash is lovely. Face scrub nice but quite eculyptus-y. Not tried the body scrub as yet. The bodycream nice if you're pregnant, I forget to use it the rest of the time.

I bought from QVC first couple of times, if its the TSV it's usually a good value set, but for everday stuff it's cheaper from the liz earle website, p+p much cheaper. And get a free gift too.

saintmaybe · 24/08/2009 13:25

I used c&p for years, now do oil cleansing, and for me it's as good.

Never really rated the LE moisturiser, though.

McDreamy · 24/08/2009 13:26
