I worry about myself, come and tell me these shoes are horrid, as I can find no rational explanation as to why I want them.

here. To be fair, they do look better in rl.

I have no need for them
I possibly wouldn't be able to walk in them (dodgy ankle, broken bone in foot on the mend}
They are animal print - fgs my pet (oh how ironic!) hate.
Dh would hate them with a passion and divorce me immediately on sight of them, or just laugh his face off and tell me I wasn't being serious
I can't imagine ever having an occasion to wear.

But I lurve them.

So somebody come and tell me they are terrible, give me a slap and tell me not to be so silly.

The high straps on the ankle would make your ankles look thick too.

And all the things you said.

Did that help?

Fimbo · 23/08/2009 21:09

Yes thank you, just realised too there are zips at the back, that has swung it!

Do you go into Norwich much of an evening? Rouen Road? I've seen those shoes on a lady of the night there. Perhaps you could introduce yourself to her and exchange fashion tips.

They are everything you think they are.

Get thee to Gabor immediately for something nice and sensible.

ShowOfHands · 24/08/2009 18:56

I saw them in the flesh today so to speak. Was wandering innocently towards Chapelfield and they leapt out into my field of vision and boy was it painful.

Definitely not the shoes you are looking for.

AvengingGerbil · 24/08/2009 19:06

I'm sorry, but I like them too...

I've recently bought my first pair of heels in 15 years - I can walk in them in straight lines, but only with something to hold on to. Are these also shoes of easy virtue???
here - I do hope so!!!

MorrisZapp · 24/08/2009 21:27

They are gorgeous imo but I'm in agony just looking at them. You will rip your ankles to shreds, kill your toes and probably break a bone in shoes like that. I can just see you chipping the dried blood off them on a bleak Sunday morning.

If you're 19, go for it. If you're able to remember Gary Barlow when he was a podger, walk away.

differentID · 24/08/2009 21:28

they're hideous.
Do you want to look like Bet Lynch?

GentleOtter · 24/08/2009 21:29

Or Lily Savage?

veryconfusedandupset · 24/08/2009 22:16

they would pinch and hurt - believe me!

maize · 24/08/2009 22:40

They are vile, pointed toes are v.unfashionable at the moment, they look v.muttony.

freya11 · 24/08/2009 23:21
