Which pair of jeans with this blouse?

Have party at the weekend - v informal BBQ, kids everywhere, but hostess is my fashion guru so want to look good.

Have bought this blouse cgi.ebay.co.uk/BARBARA-HULANICKI-Topshop-SILK-BLOUSE-SIZE-10_W0QQitemZ150366429276QQcmdZViewItemQQpt ZWomensClothing?hash=item230289a05c&_trksid=p3911.c0.m14 which I thought I'd wear with nice gold flat sandals and a pair of jeans.

So which would look better - faded rolled-up boyfriend ones (fairly slim fit) or darker straight legs?

Am size 10-12 if it helps.

lovely blouse, good choice. i think faded roll ups with the gold sandles you mentioned would be fab.
have fun

Darker straight legs IMO. Or you will look swamped...

Oh sorry didn't see the fairly slim fit part. Still think my original though but I am not a fan of faded jeans.

Thank you both, was nervously awaiting a raft of 'You bought WHAT? Yeeeeurgh...'

Boyfriend jeans are sort of mid-blue but worn and paler on the thighs. IYSWIM.

Both pairs are Topshop. I incline towards the darker ones myself, but wasn't quite sure if I was playing it too safe and falling into a modified version of that 'top and dark trousers' trap.

Blouse was £10 in sale today, BTW. Total bargain

Well the top is voluminous so I would say the skinniest pair you have.
