And a black satin bolero jacket, but what shoes and bag? Try and match the cobalt blue, or go for black?

I think the cobalt blue shade may be hard to get (and if you find some in same shade the shoes themselves may not be that nice, but you will get them anyway because 'they go'.

Maybe better off going for black for longevity, but maybe spending a little more because hopefully you will get lots of use from them.

I'm going to take the hat (cream) and the ribbon to the florist and see if I can get anything matching to go on it

I would probably go for black as finding the right shade may be difficult. Lovely dress btw
