Hi
I'm looking for a 70's costume to wear to a party on 5th September. The only problem is that I am a size 20 on top and 26 bottoms (only just lost weight to get into a size 26).
So looking for a budget costume because I don't want to spend £60 on one outfit i'll never wear again, hopefully i'll be too small to wear it one day.
Has anyone got any ideas? I thought about wearing this dress so should I go just in this with brown boots - ankle high (it's all i've got and i've got to walk to the party about a mile) with a floppy hat and perhaps some blue eyeshadow etc, some fake flowers etc.
or should I dye the dress lots of colours and then wear it?
or should I look for something else?
