fade out or something else?

Today, after a long while, I've had a serious look at my face in the mirror and seen that my skin is full of sun marks, small mole type spots and freckles. Then found "fade out" on the internet. Does anybody have any experience with that cream? Or anything else you would suggest?
Thanks.

Boots No 7 do one which I have though have not religiously used it- it was for a brown age spot on my arm, and think it's called Lighten and Brighten- around £12. Clinique also do one which is more £££s but probably better and says gives results in about 6 weeks.

For prevention, use Clinique City Block SPF40 all day every day under make up or on its own. I have used it for over 15 years and the Clnique ladies thought I was at least 10 years younger- it really does help prevent sun damage.
