What to wear to Newbury racecourse ladies day TOMORROW?!

Have never been to the races before so have no idea and to make it worse have just read on the ticket that it's ladies day too (am going there primarily for concert in the eve but will be there for the races too!).

What do I wear? I don't have a hat and no time to get one! Is it really that formal do you think or is that just Ascot??

My choices really are:
a) white trousers, pretty top, heels

b) black and white wrap over style dress with black bolero thing and black wedges shoes (wore this to a wedding a year ago)

c) a dress I bought from Next a couple of weeks ago but can't find on website, it's kind of more daytimey, a bit like this

Wear the trousers and top combo - I used to live right beside Newbury racecourse and it's not quite as flashy as Ascot.

it's not as smart as ascot, but you won't feel out of place if you choose to use it as an excuse to dress up and feel good!

i'd go for a) too, as long as the shoes are comfy - lots of standing/walking around.
