Just incase anyone is thinking of ordering from them... dont.

Go out into the garden, find a large stick and beat yourself repeateldy around the head with it.. it would be less painful.

Ordered a dress last week, online. Website totally crap, entered card details, crashed, rang customer no service, they werent able to tell me whether order had gone through for 24 hours, even though they do next day delivery

Had to speak to bank - order hadnt been processed, re-ordered, end of process it said "aapplicatiion for account denied" even though I had paid for the stuff with debit card. Rang them again, again they couldnt give me any details as it was less than 24 hours, and they dont have a live system.

So the dresses came (had specified am, they came at 4pm ), shite quality - they werent really expensice but looked like £10 as opposed to £40.

Sent straight back, arranged courier for friday, waited in all day, 3 fone calls assured me that they would come, of course they didnt.

Absolute nightmare from start.

this exact same thing happened to me Almost to the letter RE the setting up of the account.

Although I do like the clothes I have ordered from them so far.

brandonsflower · 10/08/2009 12:05

I ordered some curtains from Oli ( actually went on to buy some new clothes, but my body just feels wrong lately and everything looks crap!)
Order was supposed to arrive on Aug 3, but have heard nothing at all since!
bah!

Oh geordie I could have warned you.....I had a dreadful experience with these shysters last year.

Had to threaten them with contacting the Office of Fair Trading in the end to get my refund on goods which had failed to be delivered THREE times over 3 weeks!! (They said they'd attempted delivery and no-one was in when all 3 times I was stood at the window waiting for them).

Their customer service is appalling.

Steer clear anyone thinking of using them.

geordieminx · 10/08/2009 14:00

I just hope that I get my refund ok... grrrr.

Some of their stuff looks really nice on the wwebsite too.

Cock heads.

blimey!

I've only ever ordered from the twice. Both times the price was commensurate with the quality - ie not fabulous but not terrible, fine for non-investment type fashion (ie - wear it for a season and that's it) Think I paid about £25 for a maxi and £30 for a pair of wedges.

My one gripe was that they ask you to specify a preferred delivery time but don't actually make it clear that they don't necessarily intend to deliver then. So don't stay home waiting for them, basically.

Letthemeatcake gorgeous girl - how are you? Blooming yet? Only 7 weeks to??

Just been looking at your shoe porn profile again... where did you get the black shoes from again?

beanieb · 10/08/2009 17:28

I mean the silvery sandles, they were frm a well known highstreet store

LetThemEatCake · 10/08/2009 18:31

hello you!! I'm fine - everyone keeps tellling me what a neat bump I have so I am trying to focus on that and not on the fact that I am currently weighing in at 12 stone 3 - ARGH!!!! 6 weeks to go!

Anyway - how about you?? How was the dress fitting?? are you feeling all svelte and bridal?

beanieb - do you mean the Primark ones? Aren't they great!! my best buy of the summer, I think. Well, the cheapest anyway

Still haven't worn the gold Choos!! [shamefaced] Saving them for post-bub, I think ....

geordieminx · 10/08/2009 19:38

Yes but you are 12 3 and gorgeous!

Dress fitting went well, it fits, no more weight loss required (am 10 3lb.. but considerably smaller and no pregnant)

Oooh I saw your dress in a bridal mag the other day, made me think of you.

You should do one of those nude pregant pics with just the Jimmys on
