Spanx advice please

Can anyone advise me on Spanx sizing please? Is it advisable to but them a bit smaller for maximum suck-in-age? I'm a size 16,so not sure whether to go for 14-16 or 16-18. What do you reckon?

I would go for the 16-18..

I bought a pair ages ago when I was a 16-18 and I found them uncomfy.
I so wanted them to make me slimmer and to give me a more streamline shape...imho,they just pushed what I wanted rid of upwards .

Don't go smaller, they are hard enough to get on as it is! I practically needed a crowbar for mine.
