Can anyone clarify something for me? You have 7 days to return sale purchases, is that from the date you order or receive them? I've just ordered some stuff and won't be in the UK until next week to try it all on. Thanks

Not sure, but I'm sure if you phone them they'll be fine about it, their customer service is very good

I think that in theory it is 7 days after the day that they expect you to get it and they are pretty generous in their estimates of how long it might take to get to you. But in practice as long as you phone them first you can get longer than this.
