Mascara and eyeliner that dosen't smudge.. please help!!

I'm off to liverpool this coming sat night for my birthday and I'm after a really good mascara and eyeliner that dosen't smudge. The few that i've bought haven't been very good, I've ended up with panda eyes by the end of the night and it looks bad lol

The only mascara I've found that doesn't smudge is made by Kanebo. It only comes off with warm water, otherwise it stays put, honestly. I never used to be able to get thru the working day without looking like a Panda (and I tried everything), but discovered this 3 years ago, and it's a miracle.

Go to house of frazer or John Lewis, find the Kanebo consultant and ask for the mascara that has to be removed with hot water. Sorry I can't remember it's name.
