I have a really scaley neck just under my chin

It's annoying me, have tried using a hot fannel to get rid of it, a scrub and loads of moisturiser on it and yet it still feels scaley. The rest of my face and neck are smooth. I'm at my wits end, please help!

could it be a patch of mild psoriasis? I am prone to this and it's always just an isolated patch here and there. Most often in my hair but has in past been on my face

Now that's interesting as I used to get psoriasis in my hair too. Got it when I was really stressed and I'm really stressed at the moment.

I've found that cutting wheat out of my diet helps (pain in the butt though)
