Following a recommendation on here I have finally tracked some down on ebay. The listing says new but there is no brush/applicator and the pot is only half full of powder. Is this right??

Thought not. Should it be full? Should there be a brush thingy?

I am sure there should be a brush and perhaps not full to the top but not half empty
