Love the dress, not keen on those shoes.
Have you considered something sparkly, some nice ones here
Some are even in turquoise, would go lovely with your dress.

largeginandtonic · 31/07/2009 19:53

Hmmmmmmmm am not really of the glitzy strappy shoe wearers. Some look lovely though.

I must order tonight.

Where are you Badger.

large gin and tonic I got fab cobalt blue shoes in new look for just £20!! will look for link. Badgersarse off on hols in morning so probably panic packing

DjangoTheDjinn · 31/07/2009 20:49

Ginny, have three words for you. Red. Dead. Rolo. If that's not enough for you. Purple. When they arrive, scrawl DjangoTheDjinn on the packet, write 'The Sticks' underneath, post and I will gift you my soul.

I know nowt about shoes. I'd wear Dr Martens with that dress, any dress. Big clumpy ones. And a big patchwork cardigan. And jewellery that clashes with my purple hair. And I'd stomp all over your sister's wedding and make Loud Comments. I would then spill wine. And dance on a table.

I'm feeling confrontational.

DjangoTheDjinn · 31/07/2009 20:51

And LG&T's a beautiful, petite thing with non chubby ankles. Ignore her.

deaconblue · 31/07/2009 20:53

here bargainshoes

modernart · 31/07/2009 20:54

I bought this sexy little number by spanx. Highly recommended, but do not then wash at 90 deg like I did, whoops.

deaconblue · 31/07/2009 20:56

if you hoik up to feed won't everyone see your pants?

largeginandtonic · 31/07/2009 21:17

Oooh lovely Dune shoes Tills >

Shopping she is panic packing and cleaning i suspect. She is mad. Lovely though, and most excellent to shop with if not a little scary

Those New Look shoes are a bargain!

Now i have too many to choose from!

Django i think you should sell some of your excellent penmanship to fund the 'rolo' shoes. Purple would look fab with your hair.

Momma hulooooooo. Hiow are the dts? Mine are almost 11

largeginandtonic · 31/07/2009 21:19

I will wear matching pants...over the Spanx?!

Momma the link did not work.

I just buy what she tells me, much easier that way. Even made special trip to buy samosas the other day because she told me my indian bbq dinner party would be rubbish without them as a starter!

largeginandtonic · 31/07/2009 21:29

She is very influential that one

She would shudder at my vest top with arms exposed i am currently wearing. I can feel her when i dress badly.

Shopping how old is dd now? I had a dd after a million boys in Jan. I remember we have a similar taste in baby clothes, have you any to sell on?

lou33 · 31/07/2009 21:35

i love the ones madamec linked to, and the blue ankle strap ones by clure

deaconblue · 31/07/2009 21:39

she is 15 months and such a little angel. Have lots of nice stuff waiting for a suitable friend to have a girl (recent births have all been boys), will pass some your way happily, although dunno if sizes will work with seasons. probably her 9-12 month spring stuff might fit your dd for autumn wear. Will get your address from Badger if you are ok with that and can bung a parcel in post.

largeginandtonic · 31/07/2009 21:52

That would be fabulous! Do you have paypal, could send some dosh straight over.

Could just meet Badger and hand it over. Will ask her when she is back from hol.

I remember that too cute Boden dress you had for her before she was even born

OP posts:
Themasterandmargaritas · 01/08/2009 07:39

What did you choose??? I still say the Boden ones go and you would wear them again, but then I am not nearly as glamorous as Tills.

Though I am now hankering after that M&S pair, I feel one last shopping trip coming on.........

DjangoTheDjinn · 01/08/2009 09:09

The purple shoe envy is all consuming. And never having spent more than a fiver on a pair of shoes, they're more than I could ever aspire to. I may cut a picture out of a magazine and stick it on the wall.

Badger, I fear, would have me put down or push me under a car if she ever saw me in rl.

Themasterandmargaritas · 01/08/2009 09:55

I am not even linking the picture of the infamous shoes for fear of massive badgeresque retribution. I am wearing them today

deaconblue · 02/08/2009 20:02

ok Largeginandtonic, have had a mooch through the box of spring stuff and lots of it is a bit bobbly and knackered looking so will just charity shop it. But I have pulled out a couple of cute pinafore dresses (one denim patchwork and one plum with frills on the bum, very cute), a pair of jeans, a pair of plum cords (plum is very dd), a red party dress with shrug, a purple party dress with cardigan (might be nice for Christmassy parties for your dd) and a pair of M and S ugg type boots which are super cute but the little monkey used to pull off in seconds.
don't want any money but if you feel funny about that dd would love a new book
