Ballet flats and boots for slim child

DD has very slim feet (barely a D) and legs and finding shoes and boots is impossible!
Does anyone know a good place to buy shoes for children who are so slim?

My dd is 8 and wears a 34 or 35. Mini Boden did a silver ballet flat last year that were perfect, but for some reason they have really changed them this year and they are now too wide!!!
If anyone has a silver pair from last year (with the purple interior) in a 35....I would like them PLEASE!

Also, most knee boots look like wellies on her, but she really likes the style.

James Ingles is a specialist narrow shoe shop- they do mail order- they may not cater for age 8s, but she's almost into grown-up sizes.

My daughter was the same- C fitting in Start Rite- she was in T-bars til she was almost 13!

34/35 is almost a grown up size.

Yeah, she is just almost there. Most shops start at 35 or size 3.
I will be so relieved when she is a bigger size because her feet have been so frustrating!
She has ridiculously slim calves as well! The Boden super slim jeans look huge on her!
