Stylish waterproof needed for this great British summer!

Am fed up with getting wet in sudden downpours this summer. I'm looking for lightweight/compact waterproofs for me and DD (almost 3 yrs) to live under the pram.

Any suggestions?

I've gone for North Face in the end. I have decided that even the most stylish coat that isn't properly waterproof is a mess.

And I have Didriksons from here

Definitely the most expensive waterproofs I've ever bought all round but we have been dry dry dry since April.
