Denim Skirts

I have decided try this tights and denim skirt look that the young gels of today are wearing. Every skirt I find is only in weeny sizes or is too long. I also have a problem with wearing a skirt that is shorter then it is wide.
So if anyone could point me in the direction of a short (but not too short) dark denim skirt in a size 20 I would be very happy!

Is this any good for you? It's not too pricey for Boden either!

tiredmama · 27/07/2009 12:39

Lovely one at toast, atm and it is on sale!

EldonAve · 27/07/2009 12:40

try M&S?

KristinaM · 27/07/2009 12:41

you want a knee length pencil skirt in dark denim

LouLovesAeroplaneJelly · 27/07/2009 12:43

Well not quite knee length but a bit shorter. I mean I want my arse covered
Isn't toast for skinny people?
Will look at Boden. Hope to god I can still fit in thier clothes.

if you want your arse covered then you are clearly NOT a young gel

but are you old enough for boden? [whispers]

BadgersArse · 27/07/2009 12:59

where is ABD?!

T0SSER · 27/07/2009 13:03

Oh is the skirt and tights look in fashion then?

I wondered why all the teenagers around here were wearing opaque tights with their minis.

Get a knee length one and get your legs out. The tight thing doesn't look good.

LouLovesAeroplaneJelly · 27/07/2009 13:15

I have a below knee one which is too big and a very thin material one from M&S. I want one that is a bit thicker, material wise that is.
As for age....I am 29 and I went to boarding school so I think I qualify

KristinaM · 27/07/2009 13:57

i was thinking of this but if you are 29 you need this

LouLovesAeroplaneJelly · 28/07/2009 08:39

Too fat for topshop but will investigate new look some more. Thanks heaps!

new look has an !inspire" section which goes up to size 26

certain branches of H&M have a B&B section which has plus sizes, from 18 upwards
