Has anyone changed from waxing to using an epilator?

Yes I have! Its good but I do find I have to do a bit every 2 or 3 days to keep legs presentable. Better for me than waxing as I only had about a week of lovely smooth legs then about 3 weeks of stubble / ingrown hairs / short hairs before they could be waxed again.

Mine is a Braun silk e pil. Would buy cordless though as it's a pain having to plug in.

You can epilate on shorter hairs than waxing. I never got the hang of waxing which may be the epilating was less painful for me.

The problem with epilaing is that it does break a proportion of the hairs rather than pulling them out so you do get a small proportion of regrowth. Personally I epilate about once a fortnight and if necessary I run a razor over in between to get the handful of hairs that come back quicker because they are broken ones rather than hte ones pulled out at the shaft.

Braun wet and dry - can use underwater in the bath
