Bloody hell - it's RUINED my feet.

I look like I've been dragged out of a shredder.

I also think I may have caused some dental damage while clenching my teeth so hard while using it.

Marmaduke - it's a file, similar to a parmesan cheese grater.

It's AWFUL.

I haev bad feet
its no prelacement for a chirop

I use mine beofre I shower - then more rubbing in shower with pumice - then lots of foot cream = baby soft feet.
But i have been known to be a bit vigourous - definately didn't hurt though.

And the shavings are quite facinating! [rin]

@ SetSquare Even for you "prelacement" is bad. It sounds like a pre breastfeeding procedure...

It only works on hard skin, not soft skin. I fear you didn't need one

It is people like this that ruin things for everyone. I am on my feet in work boots all day, that led to bad feet (socks getting stuck INSIDE dead cracked skin). I was given a ped-egg and used it several times in 1 month (lately I only use it 2-4 times a year). You use it to get rid of deep hard calluses. If you are digging hard enough to penetrate skin, then you have bigger issues, either mentally or neurologically (may want to check into diabetic nerve damage). Not having common sense enough to take a break when it seams to be doing more damage than good is why they need “caution contents may be HOT” on a cup of coffee, and why cars have gotten so expensive, because simply seeing a car in your side mirror is not good enough, we need a $1,000 sensor on each side of the rear bumper to flash a light in the (now $500) mirror to let you know NOT to change lanes.

@MrFinch87 this thread is from 2009. You are berating people from over a decade ago
you’re the loon

MrFinch87 · 16/03/2024 11:35

@SetSquare i realized that it was an old thread after I posted and figured no one would even see it. I fell into this hole when I did a search for ped egg to help a friend (they had never heard of it) and all I got was pages upon pages of “this product is dangerous”, and “why was this product discontinued” etc, so ya I got irritated and needed to vent. As for calling someone a “loon”, I am not the one who needs written instructions of “if your feet start to bleed STOP using a cheese grater”. Besides, I also pointed out (for others who stumble down this little hole), that if your having issues the this product you may have nerve damage etc

Geeeeeeezus, why did you make more than an initial pass?
