Can a pale freckly person wear orange?

I quite like this top, but I know that yellow makes we look washed out - will orange do the same?here

yes i'm pale and freckly orange strangely suits me.

I think orange looks nice on pale, freckly people - rather than making them look 'washed out' it seems to give them a nice glow!

But in general orange suits. Acid yellow might too, rather than the pale pastelly sort.
