I would love bright white teeth. No matter how much I brush and floss my teeth are a pale yellow colour.

Does anyone know any natural way to whiten them?

I am seriously considering have them done professionally at the dentists.

I'm assuming it will cost several thousands but I'm really paranoid about it

it costs about five hundred at the dentists, could be less, depending on what method you have,Take home trays are cheaper than speedy whitening done at the dentists.I had it done before my wedding but tbh it didn't last very long,if you drink coffee,or tea,or anything at all really, they darken fairly rapidly.

I'm a bit of a cola addict. Don't have red wine, tea or coffee.

I wonder what celebs use as they have beautiful smiles.

Did your treatment cause sensitivity helly?

Thanks for the reply

f your teeth arent too discoloured, crest whitestrips do work. I could see a big difference when I used them. Available online.
