What shoes would you wear with this dress?

It's this one here. The wedding I'm going to is the weekend after next - help! Black shoes look too...black and I have some deep pink ones but I don't think they work either.

Also, a friend has lent me a silver grey wrap, whic is gorgeous, but the combination of shiny dress and shiny wrap makes me look like a giant Cadburys Roses choc. Any idea where I can get a little grey cardigan from? Pref something inexpensive...

Thanks

flamboyant
kurt geiger slingbacks

am off to look for some wedges, and the cardigan/top
The other thing you could do would be to wear the pink shoes and then wear a pink cardigan
What shade pink are your shoes?

Thank you for some excellent suggestions, and thank you, Darrell I LOVE that little cardi from Debenhams, that's exactly the kind of thing I was after!

I also love red shoes but the dress has kind of a pale pink / heather stripe running through it, which red would clash with... the pink shoes I have are a kind of cerise colour and they're a bit too bright. Grey suede is a good idea, as is a grey snakeskin...

I'd go for the lovely tbars that DR posted - they look really expensive.

Lulubee · 16/07/2009 10:39

I loved the t-bars too, but would like to buy something that I can wear again - and while you could wear those again, the ruffle on the toe kind of limits them to dressy events doesn't it?
