Has anyone ordered from Oasis online? Confused about returns policy

It says "We offer a free postal returns service on UK only sales when all Goods purchased are returned."

Does that mean you have to return the entire order?

I have ordered before and returned only some of the items but it does take ages for them to return the money to your card. also you can return to a store
