I'm not a party pooper - I like to see people dressed up and having a good time but it can be done with elegance. That's what is missing - good old fashioned elegance. Panache. Acres of streaky tanned limbs on tottering heels...ugh

Me too Bodengroupie - I know exactly what I would wear to the races if I were invited and I like to think I would be the picture of elegance and nobody would see my pants.

i doubt the short and shiny brigade are wearing any pants so they won't be too worried about people seeing them.

i would wear a satin sleeveless pink dress, mid thigh, 2 sizes too small, with a big satin flower on the top. i would be tangoed beyond belief and snorting champagne out my nose.
