I have naff print thingy and a small sign saying 'CLudgie' as I am Scottish. ALso naff, but I limit naff decorating to the loo.

brimfull · 05/07/2009 13:34

profiterole-that is brilliant idea, although not sure I want a photo of me squatting on the wall?

I do want something naff/funny/unusual cos it's the loo.

We normally have plane pictures - Tornado, Jaguar, Eurofighter etc. I went to a friends house the other day and they had pictures of tanks!!!!

This means we don't have to have these ugly things over the rest of the house.

janeite · 05/07/2009 16:27

I have a big frame with lots of Jane-Austen linked things inside it - bonnet prints, picture of Kate Winslet in S&S etc.

That was about as girly as dp would let me get but really I wanted a huge Dior New Look print in there.

If it was up to dp we would have a King Kong print or The Wickerman.

MrsBadger · 05/07/2009 17:31

we have laundry hanging up in the downstairs loo

but otheriwse it is the venue for old school / team photos, of which there are many and which are too ugly for display elsewhewre

AvengingGerbil · 05/07/2009 17:32

If only I had a downstairs loo to hang things in!

snigger · 05/07/2009 19:20

We have water themed family photos - on beach holidays, paddling pools, etc - as long as there's water in the background. We have 8 on one wall, a huge driftwood mirror over the bath, and seven clocks (don't ask - family joke ) scattered on another wall.

snigger · 05/07/2009 19:21

And we don't have a downstairs loo, obviously

Posey · 05/07/2009 19:25

Motherlovebone - have you been in our loo? We have a mona lisa. Also a photo and letter from Leslie Crowther, a photo of Rolf Harris... Sort of theme going on there isn't there?

Bumperlicious · 05/07/2009 20:09

If only I had a downstairs.

bebesequin · 05/07/2009 20:11

Hand and foot prints of the DCs in box frames-I love people who have more imagination and have something quirky to look at when I visit their loo.

mrsmaidamess · 05/07/2009 20:21

I have a vintage moroccan mirror and some French enamel house numbers. I don't like twee pictures just because they are in a loo.

merlin · 05/07/2009 20:26

We have photos of places we've been on holday and a couple of bits of pottery from far flung corners of the world!

MadBadandDangerousToKnow · 05/07/2009 20:27

A selection of water-themed prints and an (ahem) detail from Michelangelo's David which was a gift from dh and also seemed appropriate to the location.

motherlovebone · 05/07/2009 20:27

not number 2's mrsmaid ??
