best teeth whitner treatment off the shelf?

I hate my teeth they are squint and even though I don't smoke they are off colour. Too much coffee probably. What is the best teeth whitener I can buy in the chemist?

Any really safe idiot proof ones?

Yep, Crest whitestrips.. I used the Premium ones and they worked very well but apparently the newest version is better and easier to use: Crest Advances Seal Whitestrips
(have linked to American amazon website instead of amazon UK because it has tons of reviews).

Found changing to an electric toothbrush (sonicare) more effective than any paste type stuff.

Havent tried the crest strips - but another vpte for electric toothbrush - took my teeth (not too horrendous!) up a notch in whiteness

Beveryl Hills Formula toothpaste is good and I also like the whitestrips.
