Nooooooo

Find it difficult to get head around toes showing generally. Cover them up directly. And the whole tights thing just makes it even more obvious that the manky toes are poking out.

PuffTheMagicDragon · 14/05/2005 20:48

lol moondog .

Which ranks higher - peep or leered?

moondog · 14/05/2005 20:49

It'sa very close call Puff!!!!!

(I think 'leered' has the edge...just.)

sansouci · 14/05/2005 21:04

Without having read the thread, NO! (shudder)

expatinscotland · 14/05/2005 21:17

NO, NO, NO! Someone call Trinny & Suzannah asap - this is an emergency!

If it's too cold to wear open-toed sandals without tights, it's too cold to wear them at all.

And pedicures are a must with open-toed sandals. Ragged, ugly feet and nails are downright offensive.

Smurfgirl · 15/05/2005 15:47

No, but IMO tights and closed toe shoes are nicer than freezing white legs and sandals.

The only time tights and sandals are ok is when the tights are coloured, the sandals are metallic coloured and you are a 21 year old drama student.

wysiwyg · 24/05/2005 14:33

Not unless someone really famous and cool does it - then all the fashion followers will think it's OK

Fimbo · 24/05/2005 14:36

NO. And why do people wear black tights and white shoes? Yeuch.
