I want to cut my hair a bit shorter to stop me being lazy and tying it back all the time.

Am thinking of a bob but are they still in or not......don't just want a run of the mill one.

Actually, i don't know what i want.

Sounds good and quick to do, which is always helpful.

Bob is fine, but leave it 'just' long enough to tie up in case

I had a bob cut yestaday and i'm really pleased with it

suzywong · 14/05/2005 13:20

fantastic
I was just thinking about doing this today

tell me, what length is best so as NOT to draw attention to a not very distinct jawline. I mean what length is most flatterine; just on shoulders, just below the chin, on the jaw?

anyone got any links to good site for bobs?

Thomcat · 14/05/2005 13:24

Mine is touches my shoulder at front and as short as I can take it without layering at the back.

no I haven't, I only thought about doing it today as I haven't found a decent hairdresser since I moved and I thnk I need to go in with a picture next time rather than letting them loose.

yes it's the face shapes I worry about, I will have a trawl on the interweb and post anything interesting (although it won't be interesting to you as you already have a nice hair-do)

True, LOL

TC bob is lovely and really trendy from what I can remember from photos! I've had bobs a lot but they irritate me when I can't tie my hair back. Mine is shoulder length now with a few layers round the front - I sometimes wear it down but also in a pony tail and today I've got it just up at the front iykwim - the top half is pulled back into a clip with the remaining hair down below it.
