Dress help for dd please

DD1, 14, really wants a dress like this -
but a dress, not a top.

Any ideas where we can get one? The only ones we've seen are Ralph lauren and Tommy Hilfiger (sp?) and ludicrously expensive. She is 5'7 and a size 8.

Thanks. Uniqlo one is better as it's striped. I feel a trip to London coming up!
