If someone you hadn't seen in 3 months told you that you looked "so grown up" how would you take it?

I met someone I did my training with but because we had been in the building at different times since I hadn't seen him. He said "It was almost hard to recognise you, you look so grown up, you have really matured"

WTF? In 3 months? Hair the same, make up the same, clothes still the same style.

I wish I had used a good come back. But he seemed to think I should be really pleased he was saying this.

I think it's a compliment. Don't worry about it.

I wouldn't take it as a compliment either
