Okay I need to decide which shoes to order... help me, please.

I agonised over choosing a dress, now I am getting my knickers in a twist over shoes... here are some I am considering, please judge away .

Going to wear with a cream dress with navy spots, I am only 5 foot, so want as much height as possible, prefer a sturdier heel/platform/wedge...

Navy option 5 I'd say.

I will be wearing red fly shoes to a wedding.. but with quite a dressy dress iykwim!
