I have an uncomfy bra on too Spawn - it's at least three strap sizes too big and a cup size too small so the back is up by my neck and the front is down by my wasitband.

ShowOfHands I have just the same. DH went to work at 7.30 a.m. the other morning and didn't get back until 11pm. He was due back at 4. He chases after drug dealers too! I've never come across anyone who's had to put up with this before

Howmanytimes, tis the lot of a copper's wife I think. He left home at 7am yesterday and got home at midnight. He'd had no food all day and had a terrible migraine. Got up at 6am this morning and has gone to work for more of the same. It'd be okay if he got overtime paid but they just put it down as TOIL. Fabulous, but he has 22 ongoing crimes, they're understaffed and there's no way he's going to be able to take the time off. He goes for days on this shift and dd doesn't see him at all.

Yes, it's a lovely uniform but gawd can it be lonely at times.
