I had a bad eye infection and have to bin all my eye make up (not that I have that much) and start all over again. I am on a tight budget at the moment. Please advise me on best cheap buys! Thanks

I really like Rimmel eye pencils. They are cheap and also have a great range of colours so you can try something different and not feel bad binning it if it doesn't suit.

For eyeshadow, try Max Factor. Ditto mascara.

I have quite sensitive eyes and neither of these brands have caused me any probs.

Maybelline great lash mascara is brilliant. It's the one with the pink and green packaging.

Boots have sets of Ted Baker eyeshadow (v nice) on sale at half price at the mo.

Revlon eye pencils are good and for mascara I would say Max Factor is the best 'cheap' range - although lots of people swear by Maybelline Great Lash mascara, I didn't like it.
