Well I'm in Ireland but I order from the Benefit US website regularly without a problem. I usually order one product at a time though because one time I ordered 4 or 5 products together for Christmas presents and I had to pay the excise duty when they arrived. It still worked out cheaper than the store prices in Ireland mind you
