Trying to buy new Birkies, but I'm drowning in the choice.

I have always worn Madrid, tried on a pair of Gizeh today, which were lovely, but seemed a bit odd compared to my norms.

Anyone want to help me choose?

I normally go for blue, bit bored of that colour now though!

think i have the gizeh's is that with a bit between the toe? found it took ages to get used to as toe bit was really hard & hurt 4 quite a bit - dead comfy now tho!

I have the Arizona's mainly for work, they look ok with flared jeans or crops but don't look right with skirts.

If you are looking for ones to go with skirts and trousers I would go with the Gizeh. Perhaps in silver.

I tried the silver Gizeh's on in the shop, not overkeen on the colour.

My friend has red patent Gizeh which look fab, but she is a young trendy skinny minny, I don't think they would look good if you are fat of foot (like me)

T K Maxx sometimes have them in for £20, that often sways the colour choice

i got some arizonas but they looked really bulky so i got some ibiza ones in black and they are comfy, more dainty and soooooooo comfy. The toe post thingy gives me blisters so i avoid them.

Got my deep rose pink shiny Madrids yesterday. Can't stop looking at my feet!

The shiny ones definitely rock for summer.

I love Birkies but only ever the Madrid style.

I have Bronze, it usually goes with everything. I only ever wear Madrids as well.

I like those pesto green madrids, I nearly bought those but got silver instead, because they go with everything. Please don't get brown - it's so murky when they have all those other lovely colours!

I have madrids and I love the look of them but I find the tendon in my heel gets really strainedd when I wear them all day. Does anyone else find this? I was thinking of going for Gizeh this year to try and alleviate it. Would they give more support to your foot? Anyone?

Like the second pair best out your picks. I have purple patent madrids & second the summer cheeriness a patent pair will bring

stick with madrids, don't go gizeh. i am gizeh only and madrids are bloody agony, it is clearly a foot shape thing.

but please please get patent. i've got cherry red and relaly love the pink too. is there a blue patent?
