OMG. How booooring is that review?? I just wanted her to slap it on and show us what it does!!

callalilies · 16/06/2009 14:55

Can't believe I just sat through 8 mins of that review waiting for her to GET ON WITH IT and put some on and she didn't!

(Never had lip balm spreading round my face personally either...)

macherie · 16/06/2009 15:56

I bought it because the packaging is SOOO pretty, but it is lip balm like any you'd get in the chemist for a few pounds

I still love taking it out of my bag though!

ThePhantomPlopper · 16/06/2009 17:34

I've been tempted to get this, I don't look good in lipstick and thought this might be a good compromise.

So its just an expensive lip balm then?

macherie · 16/06/2009 18:31

Phantom this would be good for you.

When I realised the glow is just bog standard lip balm in a pretty tube, I got one of those, which is just pinker than nude, shiny but not sticky and the packaging is great.

I am a total sucker for packaging

PhaseAte · 16/06/2009 18:34

in " front row fig"?

This stuff would prob seduce me!Im am waiting for a positive review so that I can blame someone tomorrow when dp sees it.....

Bumperlicioso · 16/06/2009 19:19

I use this - much cheaper and a nice compromise between a gloss and lip balm. I also stick some on my cheeks too.

Fayrazzled · 16/06/2009 19:21

I've got some. I don't think it is just like a lip balm though. It definitely changes the colour of my lips, albeit subtly. It looks sort of barbie pink in the tube and a bit scary but natural when applied.

PhaseAte · 16/06/2009 19:37

its ok

What colour did you get Macherie, to get the just pinker than nude look?

Front row fig would not look good on me.

PhaseAte · 16/06/2009 19:39

ThePhantomPlopper · 16/06/2009 19:44

macherie · 16/06/2009 20:02

ThePhantomPlopper · 16/06/2009 20:07

No its still front row fig .

I'll go find it.

callalilies · 16/06/2009 20:10

Bumperlicioso where do you get that vaseline stuff from? I've looked everywhere and even my local gigantic Boots doesn't stock it

Bumperlicioso · 18/06/2009 12:09

Callalilies I just got it from the supermarket, Tesco I think.
