Went to Bravissamo today (after hearing about it here) for the first time, OH MY GOD. I can't believe how much better I feel in a bra that fits well. I was in a 34C because it is really hard to find a smaller back size in maternity bras and I was a 32B before (I thought)
Well am now in a 28DD and I feel so much better, I was always slouching and had really bad posture and I am now standing up straight and feel better. My boobs don't move at all. The staff were soo helpful and it wasn't terribly expensive.
If you haven't been measured for a while, go do it.
